Description:

Horticulture is a college preparatory course designed to introduce students to the disciplines of landscape architecture, landscape design and interiorscaping (using plants inside buildings). Students learn to use computer software including "Google Earth", "Sketchup", and "Pro-landscaping". Upon graduation, students will be prepared to enter a Horticulture program at several state colleges including Tarrant County College, where students can earn up to 19 hours of college credit.
